About the Organization

We are an organization of community volunteers dedicated to providing the highest quality care for all animals in Independence and Jackson County.  We are working hard to improve conditions and see that all animals are cared for with compassion and respect.

We are a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization partnering with the Truman Heartland Community Foundtion, as such, all donations to our organization are fully tax deductable.
